XGD Series box belt feeder

INTRODUCTION:  

A box feeder is an industrial equipment that achieves uniform and quantitative material conveying by adjusting the height of the gate plate and the speed of the conveyor belt. It is mainly composed of components such as a box body, a conveyor belt, and a power device. The volume of its box body can reach 25-60 m³/h, and it is suitable for processing wet and soft materials such as clay, fly ash, and shale with a moisture content of ≤ 20%. This equipment undertakes the functions of batching and feeding in the raw material preparation process of ceramsite plants and brick-tile factories. It crushes loose mud materials through a rotary knife device and can mix raw materials such as coal soil in proportion, realizing the proportional mixing and conveying of raw materials in brick-tile production.
