INTRODUCTION:
The double-stage vacuum brick extruder is the core forming equipment of modern brick factories. Specifically designed for processing low-plasticity industrial wastes such as gangue, fly ash, and shale, it realizes the continuous production of high-density and high-strength green bricks through vacuum degassing and high-pressure extrusion technologies. The following is a systematic introduction from the aspects of structural principle, technical characteristics, application scenarios, and key selection points:
A twin-shaft mixing device mixes and homogenizes raw materials (with a moisture content of 14%-20%). A sealed auger with variable pitch extrudes the materials to form a sealed mud ring, preventing air backflow. A mud crusher cuts the raw materials into fragments to increase the surface area, and a vacuum pump (with a vacuum degree of ≤-0.092 MPa) extracts air to improve the compactness of the raw materials.
A mud pressing plate feeds materials forcibly. The auger gradually increases pressure (up to 4.0 MPa) through a variable-pitch design. After being compressed in the mud
cylinder, the raw materials are extruded and formed through the die, resulting in mud strips with a hardness of 3.0-5.0 kg/cm².
Vacuum System: A water-ring vacuum pump removes more than 90% of the air from the raw materials, reducing bubbles and delamination in green bricks.
Pneumatic System: A pneumatic clutch controls the start and stop of the upper and lower stages, realizing overload protection and precise speed regulation.
Wear-Resistant Design: The surface of the auger is spray-welded with wear-resistant alloy (e.g., high-chromium cast iron), with a service life of over 30 million stan dard bricks—4-7 times longer than that of ordinary augers.
Main Characteristics:
- High output value and low energy consumption, suitable for large-scale and intensive production.
- Integrated machine body design, featuring smooth lines, solid structure and stable performance.
- Equipped with an automatic monitoring and early warning system, facilitating overall system control.
- Suitable for the production of large blocks, wall panels and floor slabs used in prefabricated buildings.
